She is Shell of Swan of Dreamers.

    Yes Shell is a wonderful woman. Very kind and oh so sweet. I think that is cute. Her picture with the little hat. Her birthday falls the same month mine does. I wished her a Happy Birthday at her blog, but I will say to Shell, HAPPY BIRTHDAY and many more.
