Equipment

Nurse Karen and Nurse Gracy knew Dr. Lipshitz didn't have enough
"Equipment" to examine the poor sick creature. Poor Dr. Lipshitz,
didn't have a clue.

Hi Vanessa! I really love the expression on the nurse's face and the detail is wonderful! Have a great weekend!

Vanessa, you are too fast too! I don't know how you all get these done so quickly. It takes me days to even decide what I want to illustrate. Your ideas must be on speed dial! Simply fabulous, darling! I love it, as always! I really love the pattern on the doctors pants and the texture on the bag. I don't know what kind of creature that is, but I certainly wouldn't want to try to take it's temperature without a dart gun handy.

Oh snap, I used to have a doctor in Brooklyn Dr. Lipshitz! He was the nicest person, from Russia.
This looks awesome, and very interesting.

Too funny, I hope they find the proper equipment to take care of that big guy.

AHAHAHA...!! You are hilarious, V!! You've taken such an interesting angle for this - right from the creature's green spotted behind!! You really crack me up! :D :D

hahahah but he surely knows what he is doing :D great work!!!!

Hahahahaha! Ohhhh, YOU'VE got a resident monster here, too!!!! It's a monster invasion!!!

Awww, poor doc. He's got the women wondering if he's got enough equipment. No man should have to suffer through that. heeheeeheeee

Love you more than an entire box of Krispy Kreme glaaaaazed doughnuts, hot off the conveyor belt!

Oh! Say! I made a batch of homemade cocoa mix the other day and threw out an entire can of ground coffee just so I could keep the cocoa in it. And I'm gonna print out your hot cocoa label and stick it on! HAHAHA! Ooooooweeee, it's gonna look great!

Oh my, what a situation! Our good doctor does look flummoxed, doesn't he? As for the poor spotted one-- the indignity!

Quite a challenge for the Dr and nurses, but they seem to have seen a new side of their profession. Wonderful illustration, full of humor and with great design as well!

oh vb! ohhhh...my VERY first crush/love in hs was on a guy was called "lipschitz" and even tho he was soooooo cute, that name really made him mad. so when he went to college, he changed it, to "lipschultz". i guess he was just simply tired of the jokes about his poor name and poop. :))) buttt then he went and married another redhead, had a few little lips of his own, and sells mobile equipment in urm, san diego, or somewhere out there. not a doctor, i'm afraid. he also had a tough time dissecting things in biology. but he was reeeaallly cute. sigh! thanks for that memory, ms vb! ")))

this is super! i love how the patient is cropped waaay over so i gotta guess what he might look like and i love the precarious angle of dr. l and his bustling, cheeky nurses! and of course, i ADORE his character, the doc...something magical you have with twirly mustaches and swish lab coats and pinstriped trousers! "))

annnd thanks SO much for the visit! i feel just the same way about visiting you and your work, silly! and i just got my tricyle catalog and i see DRUM CITY! yaaay!!! take care ms vb!

HAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHA!!! Wooohoooo! I'm sure glad they were able to put the doc's face back on. He's gonna give it another try, I see... hmmmm...I hope there's enough...um...lubricant.

Oh, girlie, HA! Thanks for all the chocolate chip cookie and cocoa love. I had to go to choco-detox, but it was well worth it! I'm digging into a big tub of fried chicken now. Here, have some!
