An Interview with Dennis of Tanoshiboy

Hello Gang,
I just had the awesome privilege of doing an interview with
the very talented Illustrator and Designer Dennis Salvatier.
of Tanoshiboy.blogspot.com
Tanoshiboy started as a nickname, but has quickly become a place
where you can see new original sketches, works in progress
and finished work by Graphic Designer and Illustrator,
Dennis Salvatier. He also shares creative
inspiration and knowledge on branding and marketing.
Run on over and check it out when you have a chance.
Okay here is my new avatar for the moment.
I change it almost as often as I change my wigs he he he!
Just wanted to give you a close up of it since it's so
small. Have a great week everyone! Oh. and Rock
Steady Baby!
Peace

hey Vanessa! love it!!! I'd love to meet you in the city before you head down South...of which i am mighty jealous b/c I'm dying to move back down South as I'm a southern gal at heart. Maybe after all the holidays are over and you find yourself with some free time we can meet up for tea and a museum run?! a big fan!

I can hear the song by Aretha when I look at that picture. I love it. You are always full of creativity, my friend. I also enjoyed the interview too.

Where, o where have I been??? I have missed so many posts from friends and yours too! This one is definitely the kind that would send out the alarm and automatically set the disco lights on...YEAH!! Get those platform boots on and I'm ready to cruise the floor.!!! ♥♥

Oh my goodness. Love your style! The drawing has so much attitude. It's simple, but unforgettable.

Love it!!! Noe I got Aretha singin' in my head for the rest of the day. (Not that that's a bad thing!) Ha!

I'm so sorry to hear about Tricycle Press. I'm hoping other presses that cater to smaller demographics will be able to hold on in these changing times!

Good luck on your move down south sweetie! You are just getting closer and closer to me! LOL!

All my best!

Fantastic interview V! Congratulations, you've most definitely earned it. Keep the good times rollin'.

Hey V! Love the new avatar! Is that you in that hot little fringed number?! I finally got a little break that is going to last only a few days, so I thought I'd venture back out to say hey to some of my blog pals.

I hope you and your family have a wonderful and safe Thanksgiving. I would say 'don't eat too much', but why give advice that I'm not going to heed myself?!

Oh, and I'm so glad you like the print- I'm honored.

Ooooooooooweeeeeeeeeeeeee! Have to say, I'm loving the new avatar. It's bursting with Vanessa fun! And, awesome on the interview! You do ROCK the most. Have a supermegafanstastic Thanksgiving holiday!!

WilsonW said...

Thanks for dropping in Nessa! Me and mine are doing well. We are trying to decide if we want to traditional bake, deep fry, or smoke the turkey. (I love me some smoked turkey, but the fried is soooo JUICY!!! LOL!)

I figured you would have some more projects in the works at Tricycle. So seeing the bad news made me immediately think of you. But you are right that things are changing. The way the story is told may be changing but all the storytellers are still here. This could be a new opportunity for those still trying to make their way in the industry.

Plus being close to Atlanta will open up all kinds of new and great opportunities for you I'm sure!

You and your family enjoy your holiday as well! And you know that I will be keeping in touch!

Bella Sinclair said...

You are a blessing and a gift to me. Thank you for lifting me up and being my friend. Wishing you a button-popping, mouth-watering Thanksgiving with heaping sides of love and laughter. Wish I could sit at your table. Guaranteed good food and fun.

Love you!
