Swarm


Lucille's cheap drugstore perfume did what her snobby personality couldn't.
It couldn't get a date, but man could it draw a swarm of flies!

    ROFL!!!! I remember my Mother talking about women and *cheap drugstore perfume*....omgosh....that gives me the biggest laugh!
    It was the sign of an era...and other than young girls, the *women* that bought that perfume were usually, hmmmmmmm, well the step UP to flies was a good one! ;-D

    Ok, I am laughing over the bathing cap. BOY! I am JUST old enough to remember watching my cousins syncronize swim at the YMCA and wearing those. Shoot! I even wore them as a kid. You know I adore every illo that you do and the colors/expression/movement don't let me down in this one. Just a joy! And funny to boot. I love the back story.
