Jackson and Seth just knew that Chef Simone's hat "Contained" some kind of magic.
How else could he make the cafeteria food taste so good.
And all the children said Amen!!!
he he he!!!

adorable - I love how the kids look so happy smelling the blissful cooking smells.
At my school the lunches were horrid and tasted awful too, they sat me on a picky table because I wouldn't eat anything - we needed a chef like this!!

great idea! the top of the hat also looks like a cloud, up there in the sky!

The magical smell from the hat reminds me some kind of pineaple cake... (I am not looking at anybody, he, he, he)

What a riot, that dude has them all under a spell my friend because there is a very simple truth here: cafeteria food is rarely if ever good.

I've a feeling that chef is seasoning those boys grub with more than just oregano.

Great whimsical illustration! Hope they're careful not to fall in... tomorrow could be Chef's surprise! My favorite was pig in a blanket.. I remember the first time they served it... wasn't quite what I imaged it to be, but it sure was tasty... mmmmm!

Thanks for your frequent visits, I've added you to my link section.

Makes me all nostaligic, of course we had Dinner Ladies not Chefs back in England and the food was mostly terrible. BUT they made the most outstanding puddings. That feeling of walking into the lunch hall is all captured so perfectly here. Hmmmmmm. Now I'm hungry.
