Tomas Is Geechee!

Hello There,
A couple of months ago I posted some low country recipes that I often cook
around my home. Red Rice and Pineapple Upside down cake Low country style.
My very talented and very funny friend Tomas of Waldowalkiria.blogspot.com
did something so darn awesome that I just had to show yall!!!!
OMG!!! Look at what he did. TOMAS!!! YOU ROCK MAN!!! How awesome is
this???? he even added his own touch with a slammin' pineapple design.
I was so thrilled and honored. Many of you know about Tomas awesome
and hilarious illustrations! He is super duper talented and very kind.
The only downside to this post is that I could get a piece of it!!!
I'm drooling all over my key broad. Excuse me. I'm so very proud of him.
Tomas you're the best!!!

Gracias, Vanessa. I´m proud you call me geechee. It´s fantastic the "V-touch" you give to the pictures, LOL. What a beautiful lady is by me! (I hope my wife don´t see her, he, he). I must confess I ate it all alone. Delicious!!!

AAAAAAAHHahahahahaha! This is FANTABULOUS! Oh my goodness. My mouth is watering at this scrumptiousness. And the cake looks great, too! HA! Tomas, you must come over and make this cake over at my house. I don't think I could do half as good a job. And it doesn't matter that pineapples make me break out in hives. It'll be worth it!

Hi Nessa, This is great! I am waiting for you to do a post with the recipe for grits so I can try it. I remember the pinapple post and have been meaning to try it as its so different from our UK recipe and it looks so gooey and yummy. Well done Tomas, I wish my man would cook!
Thanks for doing that bit of work for Ian it was great as usual. Lots of love Jane xxx

Very cool non-award for your blog. This recipe totally tickles my sense of...something, because it seems like a variation of the Thai desert mangoes and sticky rice, but it is probably a case of parallel evolution.

I completely agree with Lisa, this is double coupon day! I love your added illustrations! I love the standard Betty Crocker Cookbook version, so maybe I'll just have to chef this one up and give it a taste! You've made me hungry! :)
