Down The Rabbit Hole Again

Hello Family,
Oh well, It's that time again. I have to go under. Lots of work has come and I am grateful for each and every job as my wonderful and talented husband has been out of work for almost 6 years. It's a sign of the times. The tables have turned and now I am the bread winner for the family for a little while at least. Zoe is resting and we will not be sending her to school if she is not feeling better by tomorrow. That's the last thing any parent needs is another kid coming to school sick and spreading the joy! And all the parents said, "AMMMEEENNNN!" I will post on the weekends or when I finish a few things until then Yall behave yourself!! Have fun and laugh alot and be very, very creative!
Hugs and Plenty
Okay it's down

That virus has spread to my child as well. She came home yesterday not feeling well, and today is her birthday, she has never been sick on her b'day.

I love the illustrations of the bunny and Zoe! So cute.

Your work is beautiful and inspiring. All the best to your family. When you come out of your rabbit hole, I'll be sure to check out your new designs.

Even your bunny is so expressive and full of movement! I struggle with trying to make animals look more "alive" and it's hard to do with rabbbits and hamsters - creatures that don't have long limbs or human - like movements. Great illustration Vanessa! Best wishes for Zoe to get well (and for no one else in your family to catch it from her!)

I love the picture of the rabbit.

How are you dear Vanessa?

I have used a picture on my blog today and I seriously can't remember if I got it from you and I want to put your name as the artist. Can you take a peek and tell me if it is yours Vanessa so I can put your name there.

I downloaded so many from when I was on chemo but I don't remember where I got most of them.

Love Renee xoxox

Vanessa my daughter is doing much better now. I am going to keep her home today, but she should be good to go for tomorrow. She had a good birthday in spite of the yuckies and sniffles.

I hope Zoe is feeling better.

Thanks for your encouraging words!

I have a love-hate situation when you disappear. I miss you wonderful illustratons so much, but I am extremely happy, happy, happy when you get the great projects to do. You are so wonderful; a wonderful friend, mentor, mother, wife, and artist.

I'm just happy I know you.

I hope Zoe is doing better and I will be waiting to see your illos when you're done.

I hugged myself so hard that I'm now the same shade of purple as you. We could be the next California Raisins. I'll be your backup singer, baby. You have a great, great big jar, Miss V, and it's filled with the sweetest honey I've ever tasted. I love you something fierce.

Yay for Zoe! Have a wonderful first day of school, honey! Go knock 'em crazy..

Hello Sweetheart! Go Go Go! I am right behind you. If you need to doze off, and take a power nap, lean on my shoulders or find my crooked back all humpedin front of my computer learning new eunuchs stuff (UNIX).

I hope Zoe feels better soon. Oh isn't school year opening fun? Lots excited children and germs!

I'm glad Zoe is better, and thank goodness for your truck load of work! Just keep that cup of Joe by your desk and take a streching break here or there and you'll get through it! We'll be waiting to see when you come up for air!
